How do sellers work on 2b2t.shop?
Our platform consists of multiple verified sellers. Each seller manages their own inventory, pricing, and delivery schedule. You can filter products by seller and view individual seller profiles on product and category pages.
Can I buy from multiple sellers in one order?
Yes! Your cart automatically splits items by seller at checkout. You'll configure delivery preferences and priority levels separately for each seller's portion of your order.
How do I know which seller to choose?
Seller profiles display ratings, delivery speed, and customer reviews. You can find this on the home page and product pages, as well as at checkout. But it doesn't really matter, so we don't recommend paying attention to this, just buy the items you need!
How do I become a seller?
First you must have a stash on 2b2t.org with at least a few double chests of shulkers. Then you can make a support ticket in our discord. Tell us about your inventory and we will make you an account if we think your items would be beneficial.
Orders
How does checkout work with multiple sellers?
After adding items to cart, you'll see items grouped by seller. For each seller group, you can: 1) Set delivery priority 2) Choose delivery type. You will then complete one unified payment that's automatically split between sellers.
Do I need to create an account?
No accounts required! Your order is stored locally in your browser. Simply visit our order tracker page on the same device to check status. Optional email entry at checkout enables delivery notifications.
How do I track my order?
Use our order tracker page (bookmark it after purchase!). If you entered an email, we'll notify you at: 1) Payment confirmation 2) Delivery completion with coordinates.
What information should I provide at checkout?
We recommend providing: • Minecraft username (for meetups) • Discord ID (for support) • Email (for notifications). All fields are optional but help resolve issues faster.
I want to change my delivery method/coordinates
We haven't added this functionality yet as it would be confusing to sellers as they may deliver to your old location while you are changing it. If you have entered incorrect coordinates, we recommend you to just walk through the nether to the location you put.
How do I get to my items?
If you chose 'random' delivery method, the coordinates will be displayed on the order tracker and in email once your order is complete. You can walk through the nether with f3 open to display your coordinates. Every block in the nether is 8 blocks in the overworld so you can walk at 8x speed by going through the nether.
Delivery
What delivery options are available?
Three secure methods: 1) Specified (>20k from spawn) 2) Random (hidden chest within 50k) 3) Ingame Meetup (via Discord ticket).
How do random deliveries stay secure?
Items are hidden in naturally generated dungeon chests. There are millions of dungeon chests at spawn so its very unlikely to be found unless you leave your order for multiple months.
What if I want meetup delivery?
Select 'Seller Meetup' at checkout, then: 1) Join our Discord 2) Navigate to #support under SHOP category 3) Click 'Open a ticket' 4) Provide your order ID. Sellers typically respond within 12 hours to schedule delivery (as they may be asleep).
Do I need to be online for delivery?
Only for meetups. Chest deliveries happen automatically - you'll receive coordinates via our tracker or email once completed.
Is 2b2t.shop easy to use for new players?
Yes all of our customers were originally new players the first time they bought.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept: • PayPal • Stripe (Credit/Debit, Google Pay, Apple Pay) • Cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT, LTC, XMR, etc).
What's your refund policy?
Full refunds are issued automatically if sellers don't deliver. 48 hours after delivery proof (timestamped in-game screenshot) is verified by our team, funds are release to the seller. No refunds for successful deliveries.
Is my payment information secure?
We never see your full payment details. Stripe/PayPal handle card processing, and crypto payments use secure wallet links.
