Delivery Info
Our deliverer is from South America and delivers orders once a day. Often there are more orders that can be completed in one day. If an order comes in with a higher delivery priority than yours, it will be completed before yours.
Sometimes delivery can take a few more days if a restock is in progress, or the deliverer has to move his stash.
Please understand that we must comply with relevant laws and human rights, and therefore cannot force the delivery boy to work 24/7.
We currently have no system in place to increase the priority of your order. Instead we recommend making an additional order with any urgent items you may need.
