TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

THIS AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between the user ("User", "Seller", or "You") and popbob.gg ("Platform", "We", or "Us"). By accessing the Platform, creating a "Shop," or utilizing any services provided, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. LICENSE AND RESTRICTIONS

The Platform provides a venue for Users to create digital storefronts. Users are granted a limited, revocable license to use the Platform. We reserve the right to terminate access at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

2. PROHIBITED CONTENT AND SELLER CONDUCT

Sellers shall not list items that violate United States federal or state laws. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, stolen accounts, unauthorized access tools, and malware.

Sellers agree to: (a) Provide accurate descriptions; (b) Fulfill orders promptly; (c) Refrain from external advertising (e.g., Discord links, external URLs) within the marketplace; (d) Aggressively censor NSFW content using approved blurring methods.

3. ESCROW AND ANTI-FRAUD MEASURES

All transactions utilize an escrow system. Funds are held by the Platform until released by the customer. Attempting to circumvent this system or engaging in "scamming" will result in a permanent ban and the immediate forfeiture of all pending balances and funds.

4. NON-COMPETITION AND WITHDRAWAL SUSPENSION

The Platform reserves the absolute and unilateral right to suspend, freeze, or permanently forfeit any pending withdrawals, account balances, or accumulated earnings if the User is found to be developing, operating, promoting, or in any way associated with a competing marketplace, platform, or service that competes with popbob.gg.

5. FEES AND PAYMENTS

Marketplace fees are deducted at the point of sale for all transactions occurring on the public marketplace. No fees are charged for transactions occurring on the Seller's dedicated shop domain, subject to the Platform's current pricing policy which may change without notice.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved exclusively in the relevant courts of jurisdiction.
